These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the RocketRoot Corporation's Online Art Store (the “Website”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing this Website or purchasing artwork, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the laws of Ontario to use this Website or purchase products.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
RocketRoot Corporation offers for sale: Original artworks
All artworks are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Images of artwork are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on display settings.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, including Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), will be added where required under Ontario law.
Payment must be received in full before shipment. Accepted payment methods may include:

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An automated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding agreement is formed only when:

Suspected fraud

Payment authorization issues
If an order is cancelled, you will receive a refund of any amounts paid.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the artwork is delivered to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
RocketRoot Corporation is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
Unless otherwise specified:

Original artworks are final sale.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Approved returns must be shipped securely and insured.
Custom commissions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

Text

Branding
-
Logos

Layout and design
is protected under the Copyright Act (Canada) and remains the exclusive property of RocketRoot Corporation or the respective rights holder.
Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial usage rights.
You may not:

Distribute

Modify

Publish

Use for commercial purposes
any content without prior written consent.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as required under applicable Ontario law, the Website and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
