1. PURPOSE
This Refund Policy is a legally binding document that establishes the terms governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through the RocketRoot Corporation online art store.
By completing a purchase on this Website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
This Policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), where applicable.
2. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of fine art, the following terms apply:

Original artworks are generally final sale, except as outlined below.

Premium Collection artworks may be eligible for return under specified conditions.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images before completing a purchase.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging condition.

The item must remain in its original packaging pending review.
If the claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

Offer a replacement (if available), or
-
Provide a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
4. RETURNS FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS
For items eligible for return (excluding original artworks unless otherwise stated):

Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (insert your preferred timeframe).

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items must be shipped with tracking and insurance.
Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are non-refundable unless required by law:

Original one-of-a-kind artworks

Gift cards
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only if:

The cancellation request is received before shipment, and

The artwork has not already been processed for dispatch.
If an order has already shipped, the standard return policy applies (if eligible).
7. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will:

Be issued to the original method of payment

Be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–10 business days after approval)

Exclude non-refundable shipping fees, unless required by law
We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
8. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario or Canada.
If there is a conflict between this Policy and applicable legislation, the legislation will prevail.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where:
