RocketRoot Corporation offers both pickup and delivery options for purchased artworks. Due to the value and unique nature of the artworks, handling and transportation are managed with care and discretion.
2. PREFERRED METHOD – PICKUP
Pickup is the preferred method of delivery.
Buyers are encouraged to arrange an in-person pickup to ensure:

Safe transfer of artwork

Personal inspection upon collection

Reduced risk of shipping damage
Pickup is available by appointment only at:
21 Thirty Second Street, Ground Floor Toronto, Ont. M8W 3G3
Buyers will be contacted after purchase to schedule a mutually convenient pickup time.
3. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery may be arranged upon request.
Available options may include:

Standard insured shipping (where appropriate)
Delivery fees are calculated based on:

Insurance requirements

All delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. SHIPPING PROCESS

Artworks are carefully packaged to protect against damage.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon:

Pickup of the artwork, or

Delivery to the shipping carrier.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the artwork upon receipt.
6. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If artwork arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographic documentation of the damage and packaging.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available upon request. Buyers are responsible for:
